Marathon Season 3 moved through its final two rounds, with Round 5 running from October 5 to 19 and Round 6 from October 19 to November 2. Players continued to lock 50, 100, or 200 USD into reward pools, use at least 2 Energy per day in STEPN or STEPN GO, and compete across Round and Season Leaderboards, with Insurance available for one missed day. Round 6 also added a Season Pass raffle featuring a Marathon Common Sneaker and Marathon Genesis Sneaker, while Season Pass perks such as avatars, Premium membership, and extra Marathon rewards remained available.

STEPNathon 3 ran from October 26 to November 2 for Season Pass holders, challenging players to complete either 21 km or 42 km in a single session on STEPN, STEPN GO, or both. Finishers entered Genesis Sneaker raffles, with 21 km earning one entry and 42 km earning two, while completing the challenge on both apps allowed entry into both raffles. Rewards included exclusive badges, backgrounds, and GGBoxes, with the 42 km tier also unlocking the 21 km rewards.

Challenge Capsules were used to give the community another chance to claim #STEPNEMBER5 rewards in October. The prize pool included 50 Level 5 Comfort Gems across Solana, BNB Chain, and Polygon, alongside 5 Genesis Legendary Sneakers. Each Capsule cost 5 GMT to enter, was capped at 55 tickets, and awarded one winner.

A separate Halloween Capsule event ran from October 29 to November 3, rewarding successful Gem upgrades on STEPN with chances to win higher-level Comfort Gems on Solana. Level 2 to 3, Level 3 to 4, and Level 4 to 5 upgrades were tied to Level 5, 6, and 7 Comfort Gem prizes respectively, while successful upgrades also entered players into a raffle for three Rare Trainers with unique Halloween skins, one on each Realm.

GGBoxes also carried seasonal rewards during October, including a Lord of the Rings-themed drop featuring three Rare Trainers, 1,000 USDT, 100,000 GMT, signed Messi jerseys, and other prizes. The campaign was set to run until November 4 or until all three Trainers had been claimed.
