November '25

November was a significant month for FSL. It was a moment to pause, take stock, and make the kind of decisions that shape the long-term health of an ecosystem. We chose to direct our energy where it matters most, toward the two products that continue to move people, literally and figuratively: STEPN and STEPN GO.

STEPN AND STEPN GO

The month opened with one of our most memorable events to date: BWAHlloween, our Halloween event in collaboration with Ubisoft and their wonderfully chaotic Rabbids. For one week, the Rabbids invaded the STEPN app, turning mints into madness and Sneakers into mischief. Four special-edition Rabbid Sneakers, created with Ubisoft, took center stage: a slow and stubborn Zombie Walker, a shrieking Ghost Jogger, a multi-eyed Monster Runner, and a Pumpkin-headed Trainer. Absurd, joyful, and fully functional, each was built with the same care and precision as any Sneaker in our catalogue, just with a lot more screaming.

The Rabbids didn’t stop there. By mid-month, they had “hacked” their way into a special STEPN GO Genesis Raffle Mint, spinning on the mint button as if they owned the place. The result was 200 Animated Genesis Sneakers at 9,000 GMT per ticket, with refunds for all non-winners.

We also launched our custom 3D-printed slides created in partnership with Syntilay, a project that blends AI-driven design with real-world manufacturing in a way we’ve never attempted before. Instead of mass production, every pair was made-to-order, shaped to the wearer, and printed layer by layer before shipping, offering STEPNers a physical product that felt genuinely futuristic. At just $149, it became one of the most accessible and exciting examples of how STEPN’s digital creativity can spill directly into the real world, hinting at a future where movement, identity, and innovation meet both on-chain and on-foot.

STEPN carried that momentum straight into Marathon Challenge Round 3, where runners once again committed to hitting their 2 Energy a day. For many, this round felt like a return to form: focused, simple, and rewarding. The Season Pass continued to add progression, retroactive bonuses, and a path toward the STEPNathon finale.

We also gave away tickets to NFT Paris 2026, giving the community a chance to attend one of Web3’s most important annual gatherings. A celebration of builders, creators, and ideas; exactly the environment where STEPN continues to shine.

Beyond collaborations, November marked a major creative milestone with the conclusion of Project Callisto, our twelve-week Sneaker auctions journey. The final two designs: the Sun Sneaker and the Big Bang Sneaker, arrived this month, closing the loop on a series that pushed the boundaries of storytelling within STEPN’s world.

Collectors raced to complete all twelve designs ahead of the November 23rd cutoff, and the cross-platform snapshot on November 24th ensured that anyone who secured the full set, whether on STEPN or MOOAR, received their animated Rare Genesis Sneaker reward.

IRL Energy: Hanoi Lights the Way

The month opened with STEPN BOOST Season 4 at the Ageo City Half Marathon, an event built entirely around community support. Some participants ran, others formed a cheering squad, and together they created the kind of shared experience that has become a hallmark of STEPN meetups. The group gathered at the station, walked to the cheering point, supported runners throughout the race, and wrapped the day by connecting and celebrating the moment.

The Hanoi meetup, hosted by Firelauncher, brought 135+ STEPNers together for a weekend full of energy, smiles, and shared moments. Coming straight off marathon efforts, the community arrived with heart, enthusiasm, and the kind of spirit that makes IRL events feel electric.

In many ways, Hanoi summed up the month perfectly. A refocused ecosystem. A community that shows up. A future worth building toward.
