The Marathon Challenge kept its momentum through December, rolling into Rounds 3, 4, and 5 without missing a step. With each new round, the format stayed consistent: hit your daily Energy target or get eliminated. But the rewards continued to grow.

The first Marathon Raffle ran from December 12–14, offering a shot at:

Free entry was available to anyone who completed all 3 rounds or held a Raffle WL Badge, but entries weren’t automatic: players had to actively claim their spot, reinforcing the “show up, stay sharp” ethos of the challenge.
December also marked the beginning of something long-term:
🔥 Genesis Buyback and Burn
STEPN and STEPN GO announced that Genesis Sneakers will be purchased back and permanently burned, starting a supply-balancing strategy and emphasizing the commitment to honoring the rarity of Genesis Sneakers to their holders.
More updates are expected, but the tone is clear: this is only the beginning.
🏎️ STEPN × AUTOMOBILI Lamborghini
The wait was worth it: December brought one of STEPN’s most iconic collaborations ever, a double Genesis drop with Automobili Lamborghini, delivering both physical prestige and digital power.
Between Dec 8–10, 400 Genesis Sneakers hit MOOAR:
Walker: Automobili Lamborghini Verde Selvans
Runner: Automobili Lamborghini Arancio Apodis, all LEGENDARY
From Dec 11–13, the drop shifted to STEPN GO with 100 Genesis including the first co-branded Uncommon Genesis:

Jogger: Automobili Lamborghini Rosso Mars
To sweeten the deal, all Genesis winners received a digital Lamborghini Urus SE, co-branded and usable in Automobili Lamborghini’s Fast ForWorld digital engagement platform, with utility planned in REVV Racing and more by 2026. All tied to your FSL ID.
🟠 LEGENDARY SNEAKERS ARRIVE
It finally happened: After months of anticipation and community speculation, Legendary Sneakers officially debuted in December!
The first-ever Legendary were part of the STEPN x Automobili Lamborghini drop: 8 Legendary Arancio Apodis Runners, each crafted with the spirit, engineering, and exclusivity of a real Lamborghini.
They are non-mintable and non-enhanceable
Only eight exist in the entire ecosystem for now

Before Lambo came laser beams. Early December introduced a futuristic collab with Syntilay, blending AI design and 3D printing into physical slides that looked straight out of an ‘80s neon sci-fi film.

The community’s final challenge of the year came with a twist: Santa crashed his sled… and STEPN players had six days to get him home.
From Dec 16–22, users walked and ran a collective 150,000 km across STEPN and STEPN GO to save Christmas.
